As far as catering is concerned Loweide Seminar & Event Farm works exclusively with Pieter-Jan De Prêtre. He serves breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, receptions, high teas… as agreed on with the customer and always for a private group.
The authentic Flemish cuisine has fascinated me from the very start. It makes use of local fresh products. That is why I get most of my products from local farmers in Moerbrugge. Asparagus, strawberries, dairy products, regional beer, … etc. are invariably grown, produced and brewed in Moerbrugge. I really like using them.
I get the meat that I process in my dishes from a bio company and all of my dishes are made from fresh produce. In order to guarantee the quality of both products and preparation, I never work on different locations; I’m always your personal chef de cuisine!

The layout and arrangement of the multi-purpose room and all that goes with it, is thoroughly discussed in advance with the customer: high or low, rectangular or square tables; glasses, porcelain and cutlery; candles, flowers, cloths and linen napkins. Meals are served by our impeccably dressed and attentive waiters. In short, our hospitality and our professional staff guarantee service and perfection down to the smallest details.
